Situated between the dunes and the pine forest, the spa centre of France is associated to a 3-star hotel and benefits from a very good location on the South-Western Coast of France in Aquitaine.
This Spa Centre has several areas dedicated to your well-being only:
Spa Area: Where you shall receive all your massages and hydrotherapy treatments. It is a large, well decorated area where every detail invites to relaxation and well-being. You shall find there massage cabins and chromotherapy bathtubs.
Recreational Area: Open on the wild nature, this well lit area proposes a wide pool of 250m² with water beds, waterfalls, swan neck ducts, water jets and shallow walking rivers... Also at your disposal: sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and relaxation room. Aquagym sessions also take place there.
Fitness Area: there you shall find cardio-training equipments to keep you fit while on your spa holiday in France.
Beauty Area: associated to a big cosmetic brand, you shall benefit from beauty treatments for the face and body in this area.
Herbal Tea and Shopping Area: taste delicious herbal teas during your spa holiday in France.
The spa centre of Arcachon offers a great variety of packages, for a week or just a spa weekend. All year long, specific themed weeks are also organised; « a week around taste », « bio week »... Just let yourself be tempted !
Practical Info:
Bath caps and slippers are compulsory for the swimming pool (offered for the 6-days spa packages). They are sold at the hotel. Bathrobes and towels are provided. Do not forget your sports gear if you wish to use the fitness area.
Treatments are scheduled for half days, alternating between mornings and afternoons.
The medical consultation is highly recommended and is compulsory for any package lasting more than 2 days. You can undergo the medical visit at the hotel (as a surcharge for the Marine Energy, Institute and Short Stay Spa Packages, included in all other 6-days packages), or bring along your own certificate.
The accompanying guest residing at the hotel has free access to the pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and solarium. The pool is accessible to children over 12 years old that are under an adult supervision.
Free access all day to the well-being and fitness areas.
No treatments for minors and pregnant women.
SPECIAL BACK SPA PACKAGE FOR 6 DAYS
Is your everyday life causing you acute back pains? The Special Back Spa Package was designed at this spa centre of France to help you fight these pains that are often enhanced by stress.The Spa Centre of France, in Arcachon will relieve you from these pains with the following 27 treatments. This spa package starts on Mondays only and last 6 days with either 4 or 5 treatments per day :
-3 affusion massages
-6 individual hydrotherapy treatments: hydrojet, underwater shower
-6 group treatments: aqua-gym
-3 hydromassaging baths with revitalizing seaweed jam
-3 re-mineralizing seaweed wraps
-3 sea mud applications
-1 massage by a physiotherapist
-2 manual therapy sessions by a physiotherapist
To make your spa break complete, you shall be able to enjoy free access to the sea water pool, Turkish bath and sauna, fitness area (with gym courses), solarium, resting room and daily aqua-gym sessions.
Bath-cap and slippers are compulsory inside the centre and are offered for this Special Back Spa Package. Bathrobes and towels are also provided.

Located in the south-west of France, in the Gironde department, not far from the largest sand dune in Europe, the Dune du Pilat, as well as the Arguin shoal where one can find a variety of birds and deserted beaches, the spa centre of Arcachon is surrounded by a beautiful and exceptional environment.
Arcachon is a resort located near a protected coastline. The colors of the place are delicate and inviting with its wondrous villas, hotels right on the beach and soft sanded beaches. The animated streets have many souvenir shops and the beachfront offers beautiful walks. The Spa Centre is located right there, between the sea and the pine forest, offering you incredible sights while on your spa holiday in Arcachon, France. Hôtels et résidences :
Hôtel "Thalasso"
Built right on the Bay, the Spa Centre of Arcachon and it's 3-star hotel proposes an exceptional environment that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature and Atlantic Ocean.
The Hotel, which is directly linked to the Spa Centre, has 94 rooms (91 of which have balconies). They are all equipped with air-conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, hair dryer and a safe.
You shall enjoy the contemporary atmosphere of the place, and the sweetness of the pastel colors of the decor. The pool has its own design pool.
The rooms are available as from 3pm on the arrival day and must be left at noon on the checkout day.

Restaurant "Côté d'Arguin"
The Chef's cuisine at the Coté d'Arguin is a blend of bold, innovative tendencies with products from the terroir and, of course, products from the sea.
You shall enjoy the large bay windows and the terrace of this restaurant which make it particularly bright and full of light. During summer, you shall be able to take pleasure in stretching on the vast terrace facing South and that oversees the gardens and pool of the hotel.
The restaurant offers the choice between a traditional menu or dietetic menu, whichever the spa package you chose.
Sports et loisirs : Numerous natural sites are to be discovered during your spa break in Arcachon, France:
-Walk up the Pilat Dune, the highest in Europe, of about 100 meters high. The view from its summit is breathtaking!
-Trips by boat on the Bay, to discover the oystering parks that appear along with the movement of the tide.
-Some aquatic activities along the Eyre, surrounded by a thick forest and ornithological reserves.
-The Birds Island visit.
